I am concerned about sending my credit card information over the internet. Is there some other way I can send my payment?

GraemeSandlin.com utilizes encrypted payment buttons from PayPal.com, who also uses secure technologies on their payment pages. If you do not wish to pay this way, we do accept orders via telephone between 10-4pm MT at (970) 285-7557, but we only accept checks for orders under $50. Orders over $50 require payment by certified funds (cashier's check or money order). Payment via this method also will take longer for your order to arrive as it will not be shipped until we receive your payment.

What is the difference between a print & a framed/matted product?

A print is a quality reproduction of the original artwork - this can be inkjet, laser jet, giclee, etc. Our prints come with a matting board, which makes it perfect for your frame. Our framed & matted products come with an original print from the negative, a Satin Black frame from Graphik Dimensions, foamcore backing, & acrylic front.

Why do you use acrylic instead of glass in your frames?

Three reasons: acrylic is MUCH safer to ship instead of glass, it prevents the print/photograph from fading, & it saves you, the customer, money.

You said that you use a Black Satin frame. Can I get a different frame for my piece?

Of course you can! If you would rather have a cherry frame, an oak frame, or something else to fit your specific needs, just send us an e-mail via the e-mail link on this site, give us a call at (970) 285-7557, or send a message to webmaster@graemesandlin.com. Please note that requesting a different frame may increase the price of the product that is listed.

What is this limited 30-day guarantee?

Any purchase made on GraemeSandlin.com comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. This means should you receive the product and it is not to your liking, all you have to do is ship the product back to us and we will refund your money, assuming the product arrives in resaleable condition. You WILL be responsible for return shipping charges - but remember, if you spent over $50, there was no original shipping charge. If the product arrives damaged, send us an e-mail and we will provide you a link for a postage-paid slip to return the product at no charge. You will then have the option of requesting a reshipment or having your money refunded.

I bought something on EBay & I want to return it because I do not like it. What do I do?

Simply return the product to our contact address. However, in this circumstance you would be responsible for paying the shipping & handling (s/h) charges to send it back & your original s/h will not be refunded. The merchandise price & sales tax (if applicable) will be refunded to you once we receive the item back in a resaleable condition by the same means we were paid.
